The instructor will show form modifications and form corrections. And as you get stronger, you can increase the intensity of every exercise to your liking. Participants are encouraged to check their state of health before and when carrying out the online program.
You can attend each and every workout offered. So basically it’s full access to unlimited classes for a whole month.

The schedule is updated on a weekly basis. The weekly schedule will be updated on the website every Sunday. It will comprise of a mixed bag of varied workouts ranging from low to high intensity for the week ahead. This live weekly schedule will list the type of workout and the equipment required.
All times in the schedule are based on the central time zone (CST). Classes are offered in the morning and evenings around 7 am (cst) and 5 pm (cst) respectively on various days of the week.

If your internet connection breaks and you get disconnected during a live session, simply reconnect once your network is up and automatically rejoin the class.
Absolutely not. This is your workout, you can choose to come on screen or turn your video off through the entire workout session.
Yes, for any additional family member working out with you in the same household will be charged an additional 10$ per month.
